Ethical Oversight. Behavioral Insight. Analytical Foresight.®
governance is grounded in policy. Behavioral science is what elevates good governance beyond the rules.
Eunomia is a behavioral risk, compliance, and AI governance advisory firm. Our methodology applies behavioral science, not as a lens but as an active intervention, to build governance infrastructure tailored to how your organization operates.

Governance frameworks that function when business pressure, cultural context, and human behavior collide.
Tiffany A. Archer, Esq.
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Tiffany Archer spent six years building algorithmic decision systems in quantitative finance before moving to Big Law, where she defended corporations in SEC and DOJ enforcement matters. She then served as Chief Compliance Officer for multinational corporations across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, including during a federal FCPA monitorship.
That sequence is uncommon. Most advisors have built systems or governed them or studied how people behave inside them. Tiffany has done all three, which is what Eunomia's methodology reflects.
She completed executive education in behavioral economics at Harvard Business School and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Brown University, NYU, and Fordham Law School. Tiffany is Co-Chair of the NYC Bar Association's AI Task Force Behavioral Science subcommittee and a member of The Wall Street Journal Board of Directors Council.
The firm takes its name from Eunomia, the Greek goddess of law and order, a reminder that governance has always been about human behavior first, and rules second. Her POWER Scan™ framework is the proprietary diagnostic that underpins Eunomia's client engagements
where governance meets human behavior
Rules tell people what to do. Behavioral science explains what they do and why. Understanding that gap is how Eunomia's assessments find risk at the level where decisions are made and accountability diffuses.

The frameworks exist. The cultures, incentive structures, and institutional behaviors that make them function do not always follow. Drawing on insights from senior practitioners across Africa, Eunomia Global's white paper examines that gap, applying behavioral governance analysis and Eunomia's POWER Scan™ diagnostic.
