Jay Jayamohan
Jay Jayamohan spearheads Harrisburg University's Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration between students, faculty, and regional innovators to tackle economic and social challenges. Jay's entrepreneurial journey is marked by the co-founding of RollStream, which he grew into a global enterprise recognized among the top 100 supply and demand chain vendors. His strategic vision and leadership attracted substantial venture capital and led to RollStream's acquisition by GXS, now OpenText. Additionally, he co-founded Synteras, a professional services firm that achieved significant revenue growth and was subsequently acquired by Akima Corp.
Jay is a recognized expert in disruptive innovation, design thinking, and strategic management, with extensive engagement across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and government sectors. He also teaches Innovation & Strategy at George Mason University School of Business, applying real-world entrepreneurial experience to academic curriculum and is actively involved in advisory boards such as Nova Labs, White Rose Ventures and Abscus, Inc. He is featured in prominent media outlets including Washington Post and Business Journal and recognized on platforms like Good Day PA and Comcast Newsmakers for his entrepreneurial achievements and leadership. Jay holds an M.S. in Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Bryan Judice
Bryan Judice is a recognized leader in applying artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics to transform compliance and risk management. As Vice President of Compliance Solutions and Customer Success at KonaAI, he helps organizations worldwide leverage AI-enabled tools to drive transparency, strengthen controls, and enhance resilience.
With more than 27 years of experience across 70+ countries, Bryan has guided multinational companies through investigations, regulatory monitorships, and complex compliance challenges. At Panasonic Avionics, he played a key role in the company’s SEC/DOJ monitorship, building analytics-driven monitoring systems that became industry benchmarks. He also served as Global Head of Compliance Data Analytics at Panasonic Corporation of North America and spent nearly two decades in PwC’s Forensic Services practice.
A sought-after international speaker and thought leader, Bryan has pioneered data-driven approaches to fraud detection, anti-corruption, third-party risk, and ethics reporting. His work demonstrates how compliance can evolve from reactive oversight into a strategic driver of trust and performance.
He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
patrick Henz
Patrick Henz is a globally recognized leader in Artificial Intelligence governance, integrating behavioral science, ESG, and systems thinking to design Trustworthy AI frameworks. He serves as Co-Chair of the NYC Bar Association’s Behavioral Science in Digital Technologies Subcommittee and has co-authored Managing the Ethics and Compliance Risk of Artificial Intelligence for the SCCE’s Complete Compliance & Ethics Manuals. A sought-after international speaker, he regularly addresses audiences on AI ethics and compliance.
He is the author of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence Systems and Tomorrow’s Business Ethics, and has written widely on business ethics in high-performance contexts, including Formula 1. With more than 18 years of global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) leadership, he has implemented Siemens’s compliance system in various Latin American countries including Mexico, and the Central America region, served as GRC Officer for a Japanese–U.S. company, and now leads as Head of Environmental, Society, Governance, Risk & Compliance at a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries entity.
Patrick has co-chaired the MedicReS AI International Congress and contributed to global forums such as IEEE and Financier Worldwide’s GRC roundtables. He holds an MBA with a focus in Social and Economic Psychology from the University of Cologne, a certificate in Japanese Business Management from Waseda University, and is fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
